When you place an order to purchase a product from Beaker’s Sweets we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send email confirmation to you that we have dispatched that product to you (the “Dispatch Confirmation Email”). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation Email to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation Email to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

16. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in GBP and prices listed are all inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Items in your Shopping Basket on the site will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s product detail page. This price may differ for the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your basket. Placing an item in your basket does not reserve the price shown at that time.
Some discounts shown on the site are time limited offers and they are dependent on the availability of the item.
With respect to items sold by Beaker’s Sweets we cannot confirm the price of an item until we receive your order.
Beaker’s Sweets does not price match with other retailers; however, we do consistently work hard to maintain competitive prices on every product that we carry.
We will inform you by email if the availability estimate changes or if any items in your order prove to be unavailable. For example, if you place a bulk order there is a chance that you will order more the item than we have in stock; if this is the case we will notify of this by email and give you an estimated delivery date for your order.
Beaker’s Sweets lists products on the website that are for sale by us, beyond this we cannot be more specific about availability. When you order a product off the website you will be given a dispatch estimate, this is just that, an estimate, they are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. We process your order and will inform you by email if any products that you have ordered turn out to be unavailable.

When ordering goods from Beaker’s Sweets for delivery to countries outside the United Kingdom your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When you order from Beaker’s Sweets you are considered the importer and it is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

We would like our customers outside of the UK to be aware that cross border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. This is outside the control of Beaker’s Sweets.

We use products from many different manufacturers. It is with great regret we are unable to assure you that the products we supply will not have traces of nuts, gluten, wheat, or any other substance or ingredient.
All Beaker’s Sweets products come with a use by date, this should be adhered to.
Beaker’s Sweets cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting in any food allergies.
Customers should be aware that plastic bags, sweet wrappers and other small parts can cause choking especially with young children, we recommend that all children over the age of 3 should be supervised at all times. Beaker’s Sweets cannot be held responsible for any safety issues which may occur from the consumption of our products
19. Children
Beaker’s Sweets does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children’s products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18 years of age you may use Beaker’s Sweets only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
